We understand life happens and schedules change, we respectfully request all modifications to approved appointments be received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This will ensure the proper availability of the Advisor’s schedule to new and existing clients.
This policy is non-negotiable:
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING OF SERVICES, OR NO-SHOW CLIENT:
If Client desires to cancel or reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Advisor to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of one or more essential parties to the course to provide support or documents on time, Client shall provide notice to Advisor 24 hours before appointment schedule date via the Notice provisions below. Upon cancellation or unreasonable delay, all outstanding fees are immediately due and payable to Advisor.
Payments for MADAM CFO Services and Products are made to us on a non-severable basis. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable at the time the Agreement is signed by the Advisor. If a Client elects to cancel or postpone an in-working project, known as “Service or Product”, all funding is retained by MADAM CFO, and a stop service fee of 2% of the Total Invoice will be paid by the Client.

EXCESSIVE LATENESS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING:
In cases of excessive lateness, cancellations, and rescheduling, a Client may be terminated from Advisor’s schedule. A Client is allowed one (1) “free” cancellation without penalty and two (2) “free” reschedule without penalty. A Client is allowed a 15-minute grace period for lateness, however, if a Client is late more than three (3) occasions, all future appointments will require a $35.00 appointment.
